Our workouts include fundamental basketball training, sports specific exercises, and a host of other challenges. We use different themes to demonstrate to kids how the principles of hard work, self-discipline, accountability, and sacrifice translate from the game of basketball to life. Our lessons are incorporated directly into our workouts, so kids don’t get bored by long lectures! Nor do they lose valuable training time.

Our training programs are geared towards developing the complete athlete. We incorporate SAQ Training & Functional Strength Exercises into our weekly routine.
